Struggling for time? Create more time for the things you want.

How do you do it?

Start with identifying your time wasters. The biggest ones are social media and TV. We spend 12 hours a day staring at screens. That’s half of your life! Screen time is addictive. Learn how to set up barriers and say no to everything new and exciting coming your way.

Other time wasters include:

  • 1. Useless meetings (be mindful of who you meet with and the goal of that meeting)
  • 2. Multi-tasking (yep, it actually goes against being fully in flow with your task). It’s better to focus on one thing and do it well.
  • 3. Saying Yes to everything. Start to say No.

This is how we were able to clear up time in our life and spend 4 months in Baja. It’s the same principle I use when I work with my clients to get them to simplify life and work and get more done with less.
